Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Just send us 2–3 clear photos (or a quick video) + your order number to EsencialMarket1@gmail.com. We’ll issue a full refund within 24 hours – no questions asked.
Best part: You do NOT need to send anything back. Keep the item, gift it, recycle it, or dispose of it – whatever works for you. We know shipping back from the US is expensive and slow, so we cover the cost and you keep your time (and money).
Not happy with your purchase? (Wrong size, changed your mind, etc.) Contact us within 30 days of delivery at EsencialMarket1@gmail.com. We’ll review case-by-case and usually offer a full or partial refund – again, no return shipping required.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order for the correct item. Once we process your refund (if eligible), you’ll have the money back quickly.
